Speaking of "feelings" if one pieces together comments that dribbled out via the PPT presentation, Q&A...things that Allan and especially Fred conveyed, such as "get out of Dodge", "we are negotiating with the remaining defendants to wrap up round II", other little "hints", IMO the remaining 10 will settle.

They can either get out now, or wait for the re-exams, then if we prevail, the price tag goes up.

Bottom line re CO, pretty obvious DM is moving to a new venue for round III.

I believe everyone who was there feels the same came away with this conclusion.

The part I really like is, HTC is 1 of 2 defendants who filed for re-exams, and they settled.

Spec would say...hmmmmmm...lol.
