I disagree. Check out document 4 for all of the BOD. They do expire, in fact the options each have expire in the years 2013 and 2014.

Vesting is done on a precent of the total option for a specific time period an represents what percent of the total option is exercisable. Once they are fully vested then the entire option may be purchased.

I suggest you read the document 4's of the SEC filings.

I don't remember anyone stating that Cocumelli's options had expired.

I covered this entire issue on the OT board, refer to my post dated Sept 5 at 12:21. It's all based on the SEC documents, 4 and 14-A.
