"Also dead is 737......I was surprised, when I asked AC about what was happening with 737, that he said "The judge is doing NOTHING on 737" I asked when she would be, he replied quite forefully "THE JUDGE IS DOING NOTHING ON 737'' I pressed him a little further and he replied, I think giving more info then he wanted, "It is to our advantage to NOT have a ruling on 737" It will take a legal mind much better than mine to figure that out but quite obviously we won't be getting a ruling on that patent now or in the future from this judge."
