If we were to get a favorable USPTO re-exam on the '774, I wonder if DM might appeal Judge Krieger's Markman ruling. Not for the purposes of going after any CO 19 defendants since we'll likely have settled with prejudice with all of them, but for the chance of getting that Persuasive Authority ruling changed.

That would sure help us with future suits.
