Gil my only source is what was posted on this board by those that attended the SHM. Unless I was dreaming, FF said "we are getting out of Dodge" meaning Colorado and no longer persuing having the judge render a decision on 737. Also discussed at the SHM, according to the posts, was the concept getting what we can from the remaining CO defendants and looking to the next round somewhere else. If I have this wrong, someone please correct me.
