just trying to figure this thing out.

1. Does Judge K's seemingly somewhat negative ruling against EDIG follow to other defendants and venues?

2. Does her ruling not follow if 737 is not decided on and what she said about 747 is left open ended so to speak?

3. Did the Judge decide to not rule on 737 so that all would settle thus in someway be doing her job?

4. It would seem to me that either the defendants or the plaintiff would WANT an answer. Since EDIG seems happy to settle for less than maximum and "get out of Dodge" why don't the defendants want to push the Judge for an answer and have a more definitive win?
