Even though its by a long shot , the patent re - exam progressing smoothly.

One of the top reputable patent re -exam legal firm in this field Schwegman , Lundberg &

Woessner assisting e.DIGITAL in this regard .

One of their latest entry recently in supporting of the patent submitted in 32 pages to

USPTO in July ,20 , 2011.
