I hope not, what we need is more outsiders on the Board.
The shareholders should kick Renee Warden off, she offers nothing and in fact quit the company for greener pastures. A disgrace for not showing up.
The total board should be at least 5 and possibly 7, with 6 outside members with different disciplines.
