In a previous post I said.

"I'm speculating here but the NFC aspect of the nuchi technology could very well be the result of the cross lisencing agreements that were part of the initial 7 infringement filings."

So does anyone know who owns the NFC patents? Is it one of the companies we targeted in round 1 and we cross lisenced? Is this part of the strategy?
