As regards 737, you are correct. That's why so many are settling. But with 774, a deceptive and misleading defense argument met with a judge who was either incapable of understanding the patent or predisposed to rule against the plaintiff, or both, and we got hammered as she erroneously ruled that defendants had worked around our patent by using RAM.
