Lower outstanding share float with the same money coming in for settlements will most likely have a higher EPS which I believe should make the company look more attractive to likely investors. Also a lower share float can have its advantage down the road for other situations, such as stock options etc.

But I definetly agree with you edig needs to do more than just wait for DM. Fred should earn his keep one way or another.
