As I recall from the SHM it was a Verizon platform or the Verizon phones that EDIG was using to test their new technology. I asked if Verizon knew they were conducting tests on Verizon platforms. I heard EDIG people say that Verizon didn't even know they were using Verizon phones to try the new tech. Do you really think Verizon didn't/doesn't know? They can know everything you do, every call you make and to whom and every call you get or text. I guess they couldn't know that EDIG engineers were using Verizon phones. I do wonder why EDIG didn't say they were using ATT phones? Or I Phones? ( Oh yeh, burned by AAPL once, not again ) All my observations, thoughts and opinions.............
