As annoying as this is, I looked back at a few PR's from the TX 7 saying we licensed, got a one time fee, and the company was not named, but we figured it out via Pacer from SS and others. I don't recall any of the TX 7 not having a Pacer, but maybe there was?

The CO 19 have had a PR with no Pacer, Pacer and no PR, and license # 14 had no Pacer and no PR, and there were many who had both a Pacer and PR.

So, we get a NOKIA Pacer and no PR this time, and I seriously doubt the company would take more than a day to put one out....well....lol.

Looks to me, NOKIA made a condition of whatever the agreement was....no PR.

We just have to accept the way it is with these legal issues I guess...?
