you'll note that for licence 5 and 6 of the TX 7....they were playing the shell game, however going by the court docs things line up as best as possible.

reviewing the license list...

4...Olympus is PR named... doc date 2/3/09

5..."announced its fourth ... doc date 2/5/09

6... "announced today its fifth ... doc date 2/6/09

The license numbers are not linining up as they should....so one has to go by the court doc dates.

Should I move Olympus to the # 6 license ?

This close date issue has recently happened again....creating the same confusion.
