I didn`t look at my post as an insult, you used the word babbling.
And some of the news reported that the National guard in Miss, La, and Al all were in the 50-74% level, and not as you sugget that all were in Irag fighting the war. That`s where my ccomment about getting the facts straight came from.
I believe it is a national law regarding what percent must remain in the USA.
I hope this clears up the difference of opinion.
