I admit I was late to the party because my opinion would have been the same when they hired her the first time. From Daboss' opine that it's a non-event, I sort of agree IF there is more work to be done hint...hint more dough coming in.

BUT my next question is :Why the disclaimer regarding this employee NOT being a family member/related to any of the current board members?

I don't recall in the 12+ years of reading EDIG SEC releases that this statement being part of it. Have you?
