Most of the SEC documents contain the same comments each quarter with minimal changes.

Lots of consultants make $100 per hour or much more. I have a lot of friends that worked for Exxon and Shell who made good money. After they retired, many were called back to do consulting and made twice what they made when employed. Kind of normal in many businesses.
