Correct again as to the facts. Whatever the strategy may be, they seem to be pursuing another tack apart from the RAM considerations so evident during the MH. Without knowing more, I wouldn't even guess what could happen after the re-exam even if it were to be considered successful. They seem to be introducing a whole new set of variables when it comes to how and which products might be infringing and worth targeting.
