It seems a number of people do not like what I post. But, most do not respond to explain where I am incorrect. I welcome any correction if I have posted any false or misleading information.
I still have a positive outlook for our patents. But, I would like to see a continuation of the work Duane Morris has done. Does everyone feel that DM is waiting for the PTO review to be done before they will go after more infringers?
I hope not, but I kinda think that makes sense. I hope we do not have long to wait. I know we had a time limit to respond to the PTO, and that our response was submitted well before the deadline. I was glad to see that. Now the question is how long will it take to examiner to respond?
I am unfamiliar with the process. After he reads our response can he request further clarification, or do we get only one chance to convince him to see it our way? Does anyone here know?
