I understand what you are saying, but there is always the "1st to market" agrument. 1st to market, has value even if 1 or more of the patents are denied. He'l even if they are all denied being 1stTM has tremendous value if the PTP is accepted in the marketplace. What happens if they are all denied, or the lead patent in denied? With the course eDig is currently seems to be following it would seem Nunchi would be dead without ever being tried in the marketplace. What you are saying might be spot on, but I just don't get it. Maybe some of the 7 new patents are not related to Nunchi. We'll see.

Another thing is that, we don't know when the applications were filed, but for sure there is an 18-24 mo period will pass in order to find out if the apps were accepted or rejected. Given this, eDig seems to be betting the farm on a positive reexam in the interim, and perhaps Nunchi will follow. Again, we'll see.
