My recollection of the events is the stock was at .009 then ptsc announce a few wins on the patents suits and then announced a dividend. the combination of those annuncements drove the stock up north of 2 bucks a share . How do i know this ? I was reading the boards and considering buying at under a penny and of course I didnt :-(
