Seems to me from what you've posted so far our team just keeps telling PTO what prio-art 'is-not.'
Hopefully at the meetings/responses they're pointing-out just 'what is doing what' between the two, and how they differ n why.
Duh huh . . .
Which with such vagueness from the apperatus must IMO stand in-our-favor.
