I do not have any perspective on the cost structure for the reexam litigation, so I am telling you nothing.

I am waiting for the final outcome of the reexam to give us some direction.

Given a good reexam result I see an upside to this stock, given the company's low overhead, no debt status, cash position and their existing relationship with Duane Morris LLP...not to mention the stock trading at virtually all time lows.

I do hope they get the Nunchi ball rolling to add another dimension.
