There is much to be said for being debt free and sitting on cash, especially in this economy.

Apparently they think they can leverage Nunchi, hence the decision to NOT take advantage of the historical lows and buying back shares on the cheap, in light of the coming reexam. Management wants some wiggle room. Can't say I don't respect that.

But just imagine a solid reexam, DM release and only 150 million shares outstanding.
