I agree with you--but I am not necessarily talking about the company spending its money to buy back shares at a time when cash is so critical for the company--I'm talking about Fred personally putting up some cash to signal his confidence in the potential of the company. Not something that will have a significant impact on the share price. I do not know how it works and he may be now in a period where he cannot because of the reexam. I have heard that he sold alot of shares way back when and made mucho dinero--I have not seen any evidence that he has since bought back in. And as you said in another post--IF the reexam goes our way there will not be any shares available for 0.03!
