With all due respect....collectively, they emphatically understand what the patents are about.
Believe it, or not, they wrote this phrase after explaining their circuitry issues in the 774 patent and published it in front of the condensed claims....
"It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that numerous modifications to circuitry and design could be made the to embodiment disclosed herein. It is to be understood that such modifications are intended to be comprehended within the present invention, as defined by the following claims."
They have not overlooked anything and that phrase has everything to do with the subject matter of the re-exam. The circuitry issues are being explained to defend the questions raised by the defendants that initiated the re-exam.
