The items which have been published and awarded have "already taken place" and have "already been determined" thus answered.

These things cannot be changed by stretching them into forward looking result based proof any more than the previous success can "guarantee" that they will be ultimately successful with us.

As for settling nuisance suits? I would be willing to wager that most of those cases/firms you referenced settling for 100's of millions also settled their fair share of nuisance cases as well. Doesn't change the fact that they highly regarded firms.
