smaller
far more prefessional looking in a big way
more functional for staff size
great location for this area
less cost

Nice quicky tour and got to say howdy to all the staff etc.

We discussed nothing other than what we already know, via past PR's, 8-K's and SHM info etc, which is par for the course and that's all I ever expect.

I was glad to have dropped by and checked it out.
