I may be over extending my thoughts....but,...... I see conditions of similarity and needs... where there is a possibility of collaboration.

From my prospective....the planets are aligning(literally) and this opportunity will only happen once in a life time, if that.
IMO, many other companies are considering the same.....my consideration for e.Digital is that it has the full spectrum of new.
