That`s the big question. Why and how could Wencor hire a whole new design and development team, design a DS, and announce they have a manufacturer and customer for it all in the span of what, three weeks? Either Wencor is claiming full ownership of the prototype that WE built for them or we will be included in the new R&D program Wencor just announced.

What am I missing here?
