the "claims" are filed on 6/19/12..imo, there is no jurisdiction to consider or change claims not under re exam....i will do an imo guess for you...claims still stand...if "infringer" wants to challenge them, then guess do another reexam.....imo it's pretty clear to me they were good before and are good now, whether predicated on old 1 or 19 or new 33 and 34...

imo would be a waste of time and require very large cover my a@@@ letter to client.
