It's a matter of me reading between the lines basically.

When Fred says in a PR, "we have responded to RCE's regarding the NUNCHI patents", or words similar to this, it's Pat doing the work.

When Fred said on 3/14/11 "we reseonded to an RCE for the encryption patent pending on Nov-2010, Pat again.

The reexams...Pat.

I sent an email to Pat once and Fred answered the question. I sent a question to MarDee once and fred answered the question, also saying..."there will be one line of communication for share holders, and that's me." Opps...got scolded...LOL!!!
