Yes, at the SHM. The example was the two kids riding bikes. The "phone" could tell if the kid fell or was hit. The "phone" could determine if the kid got up and was riding again. It could tell if the second kid was riding away or staying beside the kid that fell. It could send an alert for help if needed. Amazingly complex!
Not sure if there was talk about monitoring the heart beat, but it I wouldn't be surprised.
