Maybe if I were a potential partner, and I'd signed an NDA in order to see a full Nunchi demo... and I liked what I saw enough that I thought it would be worth investing in (including co-development and bringing it to market)...
...I suppose that before committing a lot of (marketing, etc.) resouces to the concept of Nunchi, then I'd perhaps want to ensure that it was protected first. I'd want to know that EDIG owned the I/P that I was agreeing to license, and that some other entity couldn't simply offer the same thing (at least without any risk on their part).
