For sure...

Thing is, e.Digital has changed in value....by adding new IP.... that will focus on the importance of the prior IP....445 in particular. It spells out may issues that might/need be involved in delivering the new IP @ the handheld CE level.

Where the initial patents, now re-examined, focused on controller/micro-controller issues bring the NUNCHI efforts into play going forward....as an included backbone.

The new IP is now in position to have an importance in multi billion dollar markets, if you believe what the media is reporting.

There's a lot of shuffling going into NUNCHI that does not seem to be appreciated.

The whole package is there.....It's a matter of how a suitor would value the market and the cost to enter that market....if they had a target % in mind of the awareness market. Seems a complicated analysis for markets that do not exist yet, however, IMVHO, they eventually will.

Many of the important players know where e.Digital is if they have anything in mind.....That includes GOOGLE and FACEBOOK. They, for the most part, IMVHO, will be the leaders of this newly considered world of awareness. That said, I see more than awareness issues to come out of this.
