ricardo-- I agree with that. The only problem is we have always shot low ad settled lower. I say aim real high and let all those that have infringed to know we are coming and we will get them. The only problem I have with settlements is we get nothing and the firm gets it all. Thats what happened when we settled the last time and that was low. Thats was ok for then but not now. Just looking for an increase in PPS is no longer my idea of success. Great if it goes to a buck or two but that can take years. We are still controlled by the MM's. Besides I don't have years, I dis at one time now I'm lucky if I got 2 years left at my age. I want it now and not really for the money but to be abl;e to stick it to those that laughed at us when we first bought and held on while it took that deep ride down hill. The money is secondary. Even if it went to 7 bucks I won't live long enough to spend it.
