I'd really be amazed if that happens...That would mean there was some strong and convincing negotiations prior to the summons being enacted. Where the summons is the induce to act.
It would be one heck of an operation...with upfront time consuming considerations.
In reading the language of the motions to extend, it almost sounds that way though.
Right now, I, maybe others, hope for the best and expect the worst case.....lol
