I agree....however, monies aside .....
If they have negotiated in some fashion prior...we'll be looking for joint motions like...
"JOINT MOTION FOR PARTIAL STAY" or "JOINT MOTION TO DISMISS"
on, or before their formal answer date. If that happens holly sht....
One has to consider that they have way more up front negotation strength at this time compared to prior cases....
