With all these patents out there for CA/Motion etc. it becomes rather baffling who will be infringing what and could there be patents that overlap? When I read MotionCore "440 patents" I'm bewildered about the possibilities.

I just hope that Nunchi is the core and everything else is an add-on when it comes to context awareness related patents.

Would appreciate comments from the more technology astute individual like Doni or Emit.
