Thank-you Seaquestor. I have enjoyed my time here thus far. Great to be with such a positive, enthusiastic group. Historically I am the member that jumps in and remains positive through the entire play. I guess years and years of time here and on Yahoo Financial have molded me into more of a realist. I see the value now of examining potential investments from all sides. I think that is a healthy approach and it has taught me to be a better leader.
