I was told once during a visit, 108 is harder to prove. Handal including it plus 170, is very telling. I'll put my faith in Blue Sands IP & Nunally on this move.
They owe a response Jan 28, but will it be the same move SanDisk did?
If so, not a bad thing, we just get another few weeks older...lol.
