it has a history recently of going down due to expectations that are not met...so what we have here is many lawsuits that may be settled all at once or in fairly quick succession...the last bit of litigation was dssappointing in all regards due to a markman ruling and lack of legal performace it appears, only my opinion of course.

we are in a different place now and do not know how the market will react to 70 defendants, many of which are large.

here is a scenario - we get the first modest settlement and the market decides that this is good - due to the "new" flash patents and the nunchi patents- then the market reacts to this new paradigm.

previously we did not have 70 defendents, and got a poor ruling and no nunchi patents, there was a greater degree of mis-trust going on - now we have real patents, a good law firm and patents on what appears to be a product with legs - nunchi - (there is a real patent granted and more to come for nunchi) - bottom line - don't live in the past.

look at how the market is reacting now to all of these develops and think about what will happen if EDIG pulls a settlement and license deal with one defendent and then with many...
