I disagree with your assessment of SNDK, yet again.....

SNDK is in the same business as e.Digital....when it comes to flash memory issues.

Regardless of the numbers assessed against the items being challenged, as yet again there are specific items being targeted, clearing SNDK is important, because they are in the same IP memory business.

If SNDK is utilizing methods similar to e.Digitals patented methods and they pay....the others are done. With that, I don't care what they pay, it only involves three specific items they are going after. How wide spread they were/are, is anyone's guess, there are no distributors named in this case.
