I do not want to sound negative because I am as positive about this company as I have ever been right here and now, however we do not know if there was a settlement or not--we do know that Edig voluntarily dismissed the suit against Yamaha. It can be surmised that we gained something by dismissing the suit, but not known. I would hold off on changing the header that reads "settlements 0".
