All this don't mean a thing unless there is money at the end of the rainbow. As in the past we will have to wonder if there is a NDA associated with this announcement.
If there was a settlement how much was involved. It can only effect we the people if the ammount is in print and others know whats in store for all the others. If its a , " we'll tell you later type of deal" it will effect nothing.
We need more openess in these settlements. NDA's have only hurt us in the past.
