This will not be a popular statement, opposing views welcome, but after "grilling" RP in the past, then FF thereafter, I now view NDA's differently.

1st, a defendant who settles has the right to make a stipulation to attach an NDA to the agreement for the sake of "privacy." EDIG/Handal (nor did DM) are not about to say, "screw you punks, we are going to tell the world how much we nailed you for, you dirty rotten scum bag thief!!!" lol

The other "value" in keeping the agreements from public view is, those still on the hook, not yet reached an agreement, do not know what those before him paid us.

Put simply in the words of both RP and FF, "if an NDA is in the best interest of both parties, that's what we will do."

I'm with you Teddy, I want to know details, I want to see we got X million from this guy, X+ from that guy and so on, but I'll put my trust in Handal/EDIG to play this game as they see fit.
