What kind of news are we waiting for?

Simply put we are waiting for confirmation of what everyone hopes might now be developing behind the scenes, whether it be settlements of actual value to shareholders or a Nunchi-related partnership or deal that will lead to real and on-going revenues for the company.

The shareprice as it stands right now is great as opposed to 6 months ago, but without confirmation it is meaningless. Despite the recent volume/price increase if something is not announced very soon, we can safely assume that the share price will drift lower again. The longer without significant news - the lower it will drift. Time is our enemy in this regard.

The upcoming 10Q is an opportunity for Fred to release some sort of guidance (hint) as to what's been accomplished and where we are headed. After our experience with DM (and regardless of Handal's differing strategy), we all should understand very well the nature of enforcement actions. Of course defendants will deny any infringement and of course they may be willing to settle anyway for what amounts to peanuts. We won't know how it will play out until it all plays out and there's no telling how long it will take. I'm much more interested in a Nunchi deal as that could happen literally any day. If we're at all close to something like that becoming a reality, it would be good for us if Fred would indicate this somehow. Some may think that he shouldn't say anything and possibly risk a potential deal. I happen to think there may be a greater risk in him saying nothing.

If Nunchi is of real value, then by now they should be close to delivering on some of that value.
