I think your math might be wrong...........I show as per the 1/31/2000 SEC filing on December 31, 1999 there were 120,696,138 shares outstanding. Now that is two months before we hit $24.
How did you arrive at the $4.57/ share equivalent since we now have 293,000,000 shares outstanding as per yahoo today.
