Good idea...lol.
Not one time, in many visits, calls and emails, has Fred ever "feared" all the apps with sensors that do all kinds of things. In fact, he points to tech by others, that do bits and pieces of what NUNCHI does, utilizing sensors, re: QCOM's Gimbal for example.
NUNCHI, my understanding, does not have sensors within. We gather data from sensors, classify it by level of importance, process and store it for retrieval and comparison...a personal diary.
Said another way, we do something with the tech by others to finish the job.
The child patents come from the ideas of others is how it was explained.
I don't understand how all this works, but AAPL's patent had a ton of prior art shown, but none of it was us. AAPL would list prior art they are aware of by a search, and the USPTO does the same thing.
This is why I say they are not violating our patents.
