I get it that I am slow on the uptake, but I was thinking about that very thing today. The shot gun approach that Handal is using with the OEM's and retailers serves two purposes. Obviously, potential money for the flash patents. But it also gives Edig the opportunity to showcase and get the word out about Nunchi and explain its potential to a crowd that could be interested in it as well. Also deals could be sweetened and part of the give and take could involve the dropping of flash suits as part of a Nunchi deal. Believe me I think we are deserving of money for infringement of the flash patents, but that money could pale in comparison to what Nunchi could bring if we can prove that it is the real deal. Probably not what happened with Yamaha or we would have heard so by now.
